Providing peace of mind for family and residents
At Water Mill House, it always makes us proud to hear that our care has given a family back their peace of mind, providing reassurance that their loved one is happy and safe. In order to give the best possible care, we use a variety of ways to regularly gather feedback from our residents and those closest to them. We listen intently to our residents and their family members in our anonymous annual survey. We deeply value their feedback and it is used to continually improve our service.
This is the heart-warming response to our 2024/2025 survey.
Compassionate, personalised care

Our skilled team receives on-going training and support so they can provide the high-quality dementia care that residents deserve. We’re delighted that 100% of residents feel the team provides the care residents need. One family member said:

Kindness, dignity and respect

100% of relatives said that their loved ones are treated with kindness, dignity and respect. It is important to us that we extend the same support to families, so we were pleased that 97% of relatives said that they felt they could speak to senior management if they wished to, while 100% of residents said they feel safe living here. ” One relative said: “The staff cannot be faulted…people really care about their jobs and the residents. The carers and nurses are lovely, so patient, caring, thoughtful and kind.”
