Water Mill House Invites Mayor to Switch on Christmas Lights

Celebrating Christmas at Water Mill House Care Home

The Mayor of Dacorum, Gbola Adeleke switched on the Christmas lights at a special event at Water Mill House Care Home in Hemel Hempstead on December 7th.

Choirs and recorder players from the Rudolph Steiner, Kings Langley and Abbotts Hill schools came to play and sing carols to the residents all afternoon.

Anna Marrah, manager of Water Mill House said: “Our residents really enjoyed the event, everyone was feeling wonderfully festive. The switching on of the lights is an important part of our Christmas celebrations, and it was made particularly special this year with the Carol singing from so many of our local schools.”
